About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Project Manager with a strong background in mobile application development and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Flutter-based projects, coordinating between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

This is a remote role requiring excellent communication, project management, and technical understanding of Flutter development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Flutter application development projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks to developers, designers, and QA teams.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure code quality, app performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Support the team with problem-solving and provide technical guidance when needed.
  • Manage project documentation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Continuously improve project workflows and team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall IT/project management experience, with at least 2+ years managing Flutter projects.
  • Strong understanding of Flutter & Dart, mobile development lifecycle, and cross-platform app deployment (Android/iOS).
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering mobile applications.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote team across different time zones.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Hands-on coding experience with Flutter & Dart (not mandatory, but preferred).
  • Knowledge of backend technologies , Firebase, REST APIs).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and cloud services.
  • PMP / Agile / Scrum certification.
