We are seeking an experienced System Analyst II with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our IT team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in system analysis, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders.

This role requires analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to deliver effective IT solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

System Analysis and Design :

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvements.

- Design and document detailed specifications for system enhancements and modifications.

- Develop and maintain system models, diagrams, and flowcharts to support project development.

Requirement Gathering :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional requirements.

Solution Implementation :

- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement system solutions.

- Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and meet quality standards.

- Participate in the development and deployment of new applications and system enhancements.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.

- Identify, document, and resolve system defects and issues.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback sessions with stakeholders.

Project Management :

- Manage and track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.

- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

System Maintenance and Support :

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.

- Ensure system documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5 to 8 years of experience in system analysis or a related role.

- Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.

- Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis.

- Experience with data modeling, process mapping, and workflow analysis.

- Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
