Job Description :


Analyze business needs and gather requirements: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges. Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements for LeMS (Learning Management System). Analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable requirements for product development.


Develop and maintain product documentation: Create and maintain user documentation, including user guides, release notes, and FAQs. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents and data flow diagrams. Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and up-to-date.


Create visual models using Visio: Develop process flows, system diagrams, and other visual models to depict LeMS functionality. Utilize Visio to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain consistency and clarity in all visual models.


Understand basic web technologies: Possess a foundational knowledge of web development concepts, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Understand how these technologies interact with LeMS functionality.


Deliverables :


Business blueprint for LeMS: Develop a comprehensive document outlining LeMS goals, objectives, target audience, functionalities, and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Product roadmap document: Create a roadmap outlining the development and release schedule for LeMS features and functionalities.


Qualifications :


- 7+ years of experience in business analysis and product documentation.


- Proficiency in Visio and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
