Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of functional experience in ERPNext. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the ERPNext environment.

Responsibilities :

1. Gather and analyze business requirements related to ERPNext implementation, customization, and optimization.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using ERPNext.

3. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

4. Work closely with developers, system administrators, and end-users to ensure successful implementation and configuration of ERPNext modules.

5. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demos to educate end-users on ERPNext functionalities and best practices.

6. Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy within ERPNext.

7. Configure ERPNext modules and workflows to meet business requirements while adhering to best practices and industry standards.

8. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERPNext users, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.

9. Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and trends in ERPNext and related technologies.

10. Document business processes, requirements, and system configurations.

Requirements :

1.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with ERPNext in a functional role.

3. Deep understanding of ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, and CRM.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

6. Experience in conducting requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and user training.

7. Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation.
