Job Description Job Role: 1. Associate Onboarding & Coordination ·         Identify and evaluate new associates based on business requirements. ·         Collect, verify, and maintain documentation for onboarding. ·         Conduct orientation and ensure associates understand processes, SLAs, and compliance guidelines. ·         Act as a single point of contact between the company and associates. 2. Activity Allocation & Monitoring ·         Allocate tasks to associates based on expertise, location, and availability. ·         Track activity progress and ensure timely completion within TAT. ·         Maintain daily/weekly trackers for all assignments. ·         Follow up with associates on pending tasks and escalate delays. 3. Performance Management ·         Monitor associate performance, service quality, and adherence to timelines. ·         Maintain performance reports and conduct periodic evaluations. ·         Identify gaps and arrange training or corrective actions when required. 4. Finance & Billing ·         Coordinate for submission of associate bills and supporting documents. ·         Verify bills with activity trackers before sending to finance. ·         Ensure timely payment processing and resolve queries related to billing or discrepancies. 5. Compliance & Documentation ·         Ensure all activities handled by associates comply with legal and internal policies. ·         Maintain updated records of associate documents, agreements, and compliance papers. ·         Conduct periodic reviews to verify documentation accuracy. 6. Relationship Management ·         Build and maintain strong relationships with associates for long-term partnerships. ·         Handle associate concerns and provide timely resolution. ·         Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Requirements Required Skills:   Good communication skills and mail drafting , Basic knowledge Excel Exp: Min 1 year in any client interaction role Requirements Bachelor’s degree 1–3 years of experience in compliance or HR helpdesk support (preferred). Knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and ticketing/helpdesk tools.
