Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect with a strong background in Personalization and Data Cloud to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive personalized customer engagement and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex marketing automation solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop strategies for integrating Personalization and Data Cloud to enhance customer experiences and maximize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce Clouds and third-party systems.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices in digital marketing, personalization, and data management.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower clients and team members with the knowledge to utilize Marketing Cloud effectively.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases and updates, ensuring our solutions leverage the full potential of the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect or similar role.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio) and Data Cloud (formerly known as Salesforce CDP).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for clients.
