**Relationship Building and Engagement**:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients through effective communication, follow-ups, and interactions. Understand companies' aspirations, goals, and preferences to provide tailored recommendations for suitable requirements. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, such as management, program managers,business analysts, developers,testers etc for effective project management and delivery.

**Market and Industry Awareness**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and developments in the IT Technical field with innovative,suitable architecture design patterns
- Bachelor’s/masters degree in engineering.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect for 3+ years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and requirements.
- Partner with sales to drive new business through delivery excellence
- Communicate with key stakeholders as the technical delivery representative
- Develop strategic plans for cloud services, including, but not limited to, transition strategies, deployment strategies, mission/vision descriptions, and positioning strategies
- Design and implement a holistic Cloud provisioning approach with a focus on standards, growth, performance, flexibility, reliability, and scalability
- Partner across various teams (Dev, QA, Ops, EAs) to provide insight and technology recommendations that result in enterprise provisioning solutions that solve critical business problems
- Ensure strategies, standards, and processes are consistent and integrated across multiple domains
- Work independently or lead a Cloud cross-functional technical team to deliver Cloud multi-product solutions with full understanding of complex network and systems integration

- Learn the CST Technical landscape for all Corporate Functions
