Preferred candidate profile

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations or endpoint/identity security engineering.
  • Hands-on expertise with Cortex XDR, Cortex SOAR, Cortex XSIAM, MDM solutions, and Okta.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint protection, threat detection, and incident response workflows.
  • Solid grasp of identity management principles, authentication mechanisms, and zero trust security.

Pre-Sales Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and map solutions using Cortex, MDM, and Okta.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for prospective clients.
  • Prepare solution proposals, architecture designs, and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, recommending best practices in endpoint, identity, and mobile security

Preferred Qualifications

  • Palo Alto Networks certifications (e.g., PCSAE, PCCSE, or equivalent) - GOOD TO HAVE
  • Okta Certified Professional or Administrator - GOOD TO HAVE
  • Experience with SIEM solutions and threat hunting.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security services.
