Our mission is bold yet simple — to build the last piece of Decision Intelligence humanity will ever need, empowering better choices for today’s world and for the futures yet to come.Headquartered in Bangalore and San Francisco, DecisionX is led by a global team advancing the next frontier of AI Ontology & Decision AI.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Product Intern who’s deeply curious about how AI thinks, reasons, and learns — someone who loves blending product design, reasoning systems, and data-driven insights to shape the next generation of Decision Agents.You’ll work directly with the founders and product team to evolve Green, our AI Analyst — refining its reasoning boundaries, prompt structures, and user interaction patterns while helping craft seamless product experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Prompt Engineering:- Experiment with and design prompts that guide Green’s reasoning and analytical depth.- Understand and document boundary conditions — what Green can reason, when it fails, and how to improve its contextual awareness.Product Design & UX Collaboration:- Contribute to feature design, flows, and user journeys that make advanced reasoning intuitive for users.- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to simplify complexity in user interfaces.Adoption & Analytics:- Track and analyze user interactions, engagement, and feature adoption.- Identify friction points and insights that shape product roadmap decisions.User Understanding & Evaluation:- Conduct user interviews, feedback loops, and hypothesis testing.- Participate in evaluation frameworks for reasoning performance and usability.Testing & Quality:- Assist in testing feature releases, documenting issues, and recommending improvements.- Support end-to-end testing of AI reasoning scenarios and product workflows.Who You Are- Strong analytical thinker with curiosity for AI, reasoning systems, and human–machine interaction.- Hands-on with prompt design, research, or product analytics.- Organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in 0→1 environments.- Bonus: Familiar with Notion, Figma, SQL, or analytics tools like PostHog or Mixpanel.- Ideal background: Product management, data science, design, or AI research.- B Tech / MBA from a Tier 1 Institute.What You’ll Learn- How Decision AI systems are designed and refined in real-world environments.- The art of balancing AI reasoning capability with product usability.- Hands-on experience in prompt engineering, analytics, and adoption strategy.Why Join DecisionX AI- Work directly with founders and engineers shaping the future of Decision Intelligence.- Be part of Green’s evolution — one of the world’s first context-aware AI Analysts.- Learn at the intersection of AI, product, and reasoning systems.- Opportunity for a full-time role post-internship.
