About the Role We’re looking for a Product Intern who’s deeply curious about how AI thinks, reasons, and learns — someone who loves blending product design, reasoning systems, and data-driven insights to shape the next generation of Decision Agents. You’ll work directly with the founders and product team to evolve Green , our AI Analyst — refining its reasoning boundaries, prompt structures, and user interaction patterns while helping craft seamless product experiences. Key Responsibilities Product Prompt Engineering: Experiment with and design prompts that guide Green’s reasoning and analytical depth. Understand and document boundary conditions — what Green can reason, when it fails, and how to improve its contextual awareness. Product Design & UX Collaboration: Contribute to feature design, flows, and user journeys that make advanced reasoning intuitive for users. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to simplify complexity in user interfaces. Adoption & Analytics: Track and analyze user interactions, engagement, and feature adoption . Identify friction points and insights that shape product roadmap decisions. User Understanding & Evaluation: Conduct user interviews, feedback loops, and hypothesis testing . Participate in evaluation frameworks for reasoning performance and usability. Testing & Quality: Assist in testing feature releases , documenting issues, and recommending improvements. Support end-to-end testing of AI reasoning scenarios and product workflows. Who You Are Strong analytical thinker with curiosity for AI, reasoning systems, and human–machine interaction. Hands-on with prompt design, research, or product analytics. Organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in 0→1 environments. Bonus: Familiar with Notion, Figma, SQL, or analytics tools like PostHog or Mixpanel. Ideal background: Product management, data science, design, or AI research. B Tech / MBA from a Tier 1 Institute.
