**Copywriter Internship - Internship**

**Designation**: Copywriter Internship

**Location**: Remote working

**Duration**: Six months (option to convert to full-time depending upon performance)

**Start date**:ASAP**

Are you great with words? Is Indian football your passion? Do you fancy combining these two passions and producing interesting and insightful articles? We are looking for a Copywriting Intern to write accurate news pieces, insightful features and churn out crisp social media copies for our portfolio of sports clients.

This role requires a good understanding of football, the ability and willingness to produce interesting and wide variety of articles and also be familiar with various social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, You tube and Twitter. Indian football knowledge will be an added bonus.

**Key skills and knowledge**:

- Ability to write clean and grammatically correct copies
- Knowledge and interest in sports are a necessity (specifically Indian Football)
- Willingness to learn new techniques for writing
- Basic social media skills

**General**:

- Able to perform under pressure and to work to tight timescales
- Be a good communicator with strong relationship management skills
- Knowledge & Interest in Indian & Global football is desirable
- Flexibility in coverage of live sporting events, across evenings and weekends
- Research and fact check articles
- Ensure brand consistency
- Ideate article strands that will appeal to the relevant target audiences
