Main Priorities:
Responsible for achieving Insurance premium targets through the sales distribution channels & delivery on retention targets
Effectively manage the Relationships (Bank & Brokers)
Manage and motivate the team of Territory Managers/Relationship Officers / Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets through assigned bank partner
To monitor administration of reward and remuneration schemes at the branch level.
To manage performance on a day-to-day basis and advise Relationship Managers to monitor performers and non-performers within the sales teams.
To facilitate transfer of product knowledge to the team and enhance their skills development
To ensure timely recruitment of Sales Team as per the specified recruitment tool and control attrition rate
Ensure full adherence to the sales process
Assess & Conduct the training needs of channel partners and sales team
Review / Monitor / Analyze sales performance and competitor activities
Focus on 13th & 25th months Persistency and R.I Bucket
Focus on Banca Demandments / Priorities
