The role involves the following

key responsibilities:Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute region-specific sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth in each state.Team Management:

Lead and manage sales and marketing teams, set performance goals, and ensure skill development.Market Expansion : Identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and increase market share in solar energy .Marketing:

Create and implement state-level marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and promotional events to generate leads.Business Development:

Manage key accounts, negotiate deals, and foster relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Market Research:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly .Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to local solar energy policies, regulations, and government schemes .Financial Oversight:

Manage budgets, track financial performance, and optimize costs to meet profitability targets.Reporting:

Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and progress toward objectives to top management.Cross-functional Coordination:

Work closely with project management and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction .

Qualification:Educational Requirement: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Required Experience:Minimum of 12 years in solar sales and marketing, with a proven track record of leadership and driving results.
