and offers its clients a full range of services including financial and business advisory, tax, regulatory and risk advisory services.
The firm consists of 20 partners
which are supported by a full repertoire of qualified staff consisting of
Chartered Accountants, Ex-Bankers and DISA professionals .
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team and help drive our growth. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years of experience in business development, a proven track record of successful sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:·
Be a business hound - find business opportunities everywhere you can. Be aware of the new markets, growth areas, marketing trends, customers, partnerships, products & services.·
Evaluate new business development, critical initiatives and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses·
Approach potential clients through various channels (networking, personal visits, cold calling, email, etc.).·
Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships·
Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets·
Develop strategies and positions by analysing new-venture integration·
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals·
Services to be sold are
Audit & Assurance, Finance Outsourcing Services, Consulting services, Taxation, Risk Advisory, Accountancy, Startup Consultancy & financial Advisory
Qualifications and Skills:Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing , or a related field. An MBA is a plus.Experience:
More then 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in finance sector.·
Skills:o
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.o
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.o
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.o
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office specially PPT.o
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.·
Personal Attributes:o
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.o
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.o
Professional and polished demeanor (including professional Attire)o
Strong organizational and time management skills.o
Willingness to travel as needed.
