Senior HR Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
Extended knowledge in applying local laws that govern employment policies and practices throughout the employee lifecycle in a dedicated locationActs as an owner of HR Audit for the location, consolidates information and conducts quality checks to meet audit requirementsExcellent knowledge of HR policies implemented in the company. Ability to consult employees using those policies, ability to handle nontypical cases independently. Ensures that policies are updated, and proposes necessary changes if needed. Take part in developing and maintaining internal HR policies, employment documentation, and compliance procedures. Understands the correlation between the local labor law changes and policies and procedures updates. Reflects the changes in the documents. Responsible for the creation of the local policies from scratch. New processes implementation.Designs develops and manages processes that meet current and future records management needs on a local level, taking into account global Company policies and regulations. Mentors junior colleagues in location on data quality issues.Provides advice and guidance on a wide range and variety of complex records management issues. HR admin channels management. Prepares and sends announcements to EE’s. Updates welcome e-mail on Wiki. Ad-hoc Reporting and analytics.Excellent knowledge of local and global HR systems. Execute ongoing data quality review. Updates personnel records on time, in accordance with compliance requirements. Can work with reports in the area of responsibility.Sends announcements on behalf of the company about all payroll-related changes. In case of escalations coordinate the needed parties to ensure that the standard process is in place. Taxes (first point of contact and escalation - EE's consultation and updates).Cooperates with HR team, external vendors\partners (payroll providers, attorneys, tax advisors etc.), and employees on a location level. Participates in escalations involving all necessary parties.Manages and executes various HR projects to standardize and strengthen HR compliance practice across the location, as well as setting new processes under the supervision of the Regional Operations lead.Reviews current processes, identifies gaps, and proposes improvement.May take part in the Global HR compliance projects if needed.Drives the vendor's change process, agrees on the changes, and announces and approves the changes in Benefits plans. Administration of reimbursement of EE's expenses.Understand the onboarding process requirements. Supports the onboarding process from the compliance side.
Requirements:
10+ years experience in the similar role in enterprise-level companiesStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with change in a highly dynamic environmentStrong organizational and project management skillsWell-developed verbal and written communication skillsService and delivery approachFluency in the English languagePositive attitude, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges
