Who Should Apply?

We're looking for professionals with 4–6 years of experience in one or more of the following:

  • Curriculum Design & EdTech
  • Experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or academic content creation in higher education or edtech.
  • Industry Expertise (Finance / Technology)
  • Work experience in finance, consulting, product, or technology roles with a passion for education and knowledge-sharing.
  • Hybrid Background
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a top-tier institute, with professional experience in strategy, product, or finance, and demonstrated interest in teaching, learning design, or pedagogy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of advanced, application-driven course modules.
  • Collaborate with CXOs, entrepreneurs, and faculty to co-create cutting-edge learning experiences.
  • Structure lessons, projects, and assessments aligned with measurable learning outcomes.
  • Benchmark curriculum against global best practices and integrate emerging industry trends.
  • Mentor and guide junior curriculum designers on research, pedagogy, and delivery frameworks.
  • Continuously evaluate and iterate on curriculum effectiveness based on student and faculty feedback.
  • Ensure content is immersive, interdisciplinary, and future-ready.

  • 4–6 years of experience in curriculum design or industry roles in finance/technology.
  • Excellent written communication, research, and storytelling abilities.
