### Position: Senior Vice President (SVP) – Finance

### Location: Chennai, Head Office


#### Key Responsibilities:


**Financial Strategy and Planning:**

- **Strategy Development:** Formulate and implement the financial strategy to align with the company's business objectives and long-term growth plans.

- **Planning and Analysis:** Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance.

- **Investment Evaluation:** Assess investment opportunities, prioritize capital allocation, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize shareholder value.


**Financial Reporting and Compliance:**

- **Reporting Oversight:** Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

- **Compliance Assurance:** Guarantee compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

- **Internal Controls:** Implement and maintain robust internal controls to protect company assets and mitigate financial risks.


**Treasury and Cash Management:**

- **Liquidity Management:** Manage liquidity and cash flow to support daily operations, investment activities, and strategic projects.

- **Working Capital Optimization:** Enhance working capital efficiency and maintain strong banking relationships to secure favorable terms and pricing.

- **Risk Management:** Develop and execute risk management strategies to mitigate exposure to currency, interest rate, and other financial risks.


**Team Leadership and Development:**

- **Team Building:** Build and lead a high-performing finance team, offering mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for professional development.

- **Cultural Promotion:** Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the finance team.

### Qualifications:

- A qualified Chartered Accountant

- Proven track record in a senior financial leadership role within the FMCG sector.

- Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Deep knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Expertise in treasury management, risk management, and capital allocation.

- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities.
