The team brings together expertise from London Business School, Northwestern University (USA), and SAIC (USA), as well as CFA charterholders.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Relationship Manager for an on-site role located in Kota. The Relationship Manager will manage and nurture client relationships, identify and address client needs, and provide solutions that benefit both the client and the organization. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients, understanding their financial needs, promoting Credit Fair's lending products, and maintaining documentation and records of client interactions. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in relationship management and customer service
- Ability to understand and articulate financial products and solutions
- Problem-solving skills and ability to address client needs promptly
- Knowledge of the finance industry, especially consumer lending
- Proficiency in maintaining documentation and client records
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a client-facing role in the finance industry is a plus
