About Our Client

Head Transformation and Strategy, Manufacturing and Production, Mumbai City:
Our client is a US based multinational and a leading manufacturer of branded processed consumer foods sold through retail stores.
In the India Center, there is a strong period of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity. The India Center supports enterprise transformation & growth.

Job Description

Head Transformation and Strategy, Manufacturing and Production, Mumbai City:
* Leads global projects for multi functional transformation
* Manage successful rollout of transformation solutions within the assigned region
* Responsible for process improvement, transition, and transformation
* Facilitates the ongoing business improvements to improve KPIs and productivity
* Responsible on coordination with global counterparts in relation with the business improvement
strategies designed
* Drives standardization and compliance to global blueprint
* Responsible on working closely with the other teams and global capability centre leaders to identify
improvement projects
* Establish metrics to monitor profitability and revenue analysis
* Responsible on the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement across the assigned
country
* Responsible on reviewing processes and procedures towards business improvements

The Successful Applicant

Head Transformation and Strategy, Manufacturing and Production, Mumbai City:

Master's degree in business management or related field with 15 + years of experience. Certified in lean six sigma or related trainings and certifications Proven leadership working with senior level management. Business mind, focused on developing creative solutions. Grip on financial plans and outcomes with longer term horizons Highly motivated, self-starter Work well under stress and time pressures. Able to cope with varied and fast paced activities. Computer skills - all Microsoft applications with specifically on excel and power point.
