About Our Client

Our client is a leading FMCG company in Personal Care category. A business with serious growth plans that are performing well and looking for a fantastic marketer to help them achieve the goal for the next 5 years.

Job Description

-Be the backbone in providing analytical support and business acumen on strategic projects
-Identify opportunities in existing and new projects, engage in new digital business and develop on strategic projects for new opportunities within the business
-Work very closely with the CEO and other Function heads, act as an advisor to the business leaders in improving overall effectiveness
-Will be responsible for steering towards important projects for the business at a leadership level, drive internal and external stakeholders to derive at the company's business objectives
-Identify, analyse and monitor the various issues of profitability, growth and productivity across verticals
-Conduct in-depth market and demand analysis across various competitor landscape, customer demographics and untapped geographies
-Design new management frameworks to focus primarily on the culture, people, leadership and process transformation
-Facilitate functional reviews to increase the efficiency in the review mechanism and work very closely with Data Dashboard platforms

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications - MBA from premier B School
Experience - At least 10 years of overall work experience preferably from FMCG or Consulting background in Strategy or Transformation roles
Key Skills -
-A sound understanding of AI and Data Science
-Comes with an experience from the FMCG industry or Consulting background
-Comes with an experience in key stakeholder management
-Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
-Organized and problem solving skillset with resilience and tenacity to identify the root cause
-Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
