Product Manager

Product Development and Management:Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop and launch new products.Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.Define and track key performance metrics to assess product success and inform continuous improvement efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product updates, features, and improvements.Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Present product plans and updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the gift card and promotions space.Utilize insights to drive product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
Customer Focus:Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and understand their needs and pain points.Ensure a customer-centric approach in all product development and enhancement activities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.

Must Have:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, preferably in the gift card, offers, promotions, or loyalty programs industry.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from inception to market.Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha).
Nice to have:Experience working with digital gift card platforms, e-commerce, or fintech solutions.Knowledge of emerging trends in digital payments and loyalty programs.Familiarity with data analytics and customer insights tools.Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web service technologies.
