Must-HaveProvides leadership and supervision to the large diverse team, ensuring that appropriate skilled resources are in place to deliver services with committed service levels and excellent experience to the customerLeadership engagement with the customer at the strategic levelUnderstanding on managing IT infrastructure team, with In depth Knowledge on IT ILA very strong customer orientated approach with a delivery biasAbility to priorities and allocate resource/effort appropriately for ensuring efficient deliveryResolving cross program issues by coordinating with the major stakeholders

Good-to-HaveExperience in working and interacting with diverse groups of people (internal and external), ability to gather and assimilate information from large groups of people, and ability to communicate effectively and professionally with peoplePossesses excellent persuasion, negotiation and judgment skillsEffectively assesses

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role1Developing and Implementing the strategy for the program implementation2Overseeing the status of the all the vSOW which are in execution3Track the overall KPI/SLA for the program4Managing and overseeing the overall operations and Implementation5Track and Manage the overall automation and Gen AI platform implementation6Work with the RMG for the resource onboarding and Track the same as a dashboard to the leadership daily till steady state ​7Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently by working with team8Manage the overall cost/margin for the program execution9Mentors a number of employees at a senior level.10Directs the energy of the organization towards a common goal11Provides an example to others by demonstrating moral courage in the face of challenging circumstances
