Job description:

 

As a Sr. Client Servicing Associate, your task will be:

 

1. To manage retainers and individual projects, make presentations, and overlook execution.

 

2. Manage projects efficiently by working directly with clients and the design team.

 

3. Supervise and check all deliverables for quality and co-ordinate with vendors for production.

 

4. You will also be responsible for the scheduling of the project, and managing the design team to ensure successful execution of the project.

 

5. In addition you will be need to ensure the smooth functioning of the day to day operations and co-ordinate with accounts for all the billing

 

 

Required Skills & Experience:

 

a. Minimum of 4 years of client servicing experience in the creative industry.

 

b. Previous experience and knowledge of managing retainer / large creative projects

 

c. Ability to manage teams, and make the best use of assets to ensure timely execution of multiple projects

 

d. Should have the stamina and focus to multi-task and manage multiple stakeholders in a project

 

e. Awchat & Olsen Design works on a spectrum of projects which include start-ups, multi-national companies, based in India and abroad, hence the candidate should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, be tactful, confident and have great presentation skills. 

 

f. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

 

Qualifications:

Relevant qualification in Mass Media Communication / PR / marketing
