General Summary

As the Project Analyst at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), you will support the Strategy, Governance & Planning (SGP) team within the CCL Global Technology Team (GTT). In this role, the incumbent will work within this small, cross-functional team, participating in multiple functions across the areas of SGP responsibilities. The Project Analyst will be a point person for gathering, interpreting, and disseminating information related to vendor engagements and governance to facilitate decision-making, and executive reporting. Reporting to the Global Director of SGP, the incumbent’s ability to handle diverse assignments, meet deadlines, as well as handle ad hoc intermittent requests, is essential.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Own and execute coordination of various tasks in areas of vendor management, IT governance, process optimization, organizing and managing information such as contracts, dashboards, and project artifacts. Responsible for Data collation, analysis, visualization, and reporting related to projects , performance and other relevant metrics. Own and facilitate stakeholder communications and exercise effective meeting management, through the coordination, scheduling, capturing of meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items. Attend and support business alignment meetings with vendors. Additionally, identify process inefficiencies and surface areas of improvement to streamline project performance, enhance productivity, and achieve better outcomes.

Experience & Skills

1-3 years of experience post a bachelor’s degree in a technology field, preferably IT. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, along with presentation skills, especially in a remote work environment. Hands-on experience with Data Tools, SharePoint, and Project Management Tools along with collaboration tools. Strong willingness to learn and execute, deal with ambiguity, and be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision and directions. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Work US east coast timings as per US Calendar.
