About this role
We're working with a key customer to implement pricing changes to key products in their portfolio. As the Project Manager you'll be responsible for reporting to relevant executive-level steering boards and providing relevant reporting on the progress and status of the programme; proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues to ensure delivery is on track.
Your Responsibilities
- Define, shape and manage the Governance structures needed to deliver the weekly PYM Project Control Boards effectively
- Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure we have detailed underpinned plans for all pricing changes
- Owning, managing and updating the PYM Roadmap
- Lead the end-to-end PYM Delivery, taking a pricing change from ‘Plan’ (led by Strategy and Pricing) through to implementation ensuring we are tracking the yield generation and updating outlooks accordingly
- Identify the accountable resources who will deliver the outcomes required to successfully implement pricing changes across Marketing, Sales Ops, Product, MIS, Digital and Legal
- Implement a set of standards and ways of working with the Marketing, Sales Ops, Product, MIS, Digital and Legal teams
- Ensure all legal aspects are covered before making a pricing change by coordinating with internal legal experts
- Manage handover to client FTE resource to be planned as a deliverable at relevant stages (to be agreed between the Project Manager and senior stakeholder), including appropriate sign-off at completion
About You
We’re looking for passionate technologists who enjoy working in collaborative agile teams. You’ll need to be a clear, concise & engaging communicator with people on your team. We enjoy the big picture and the detail; we want people who excel at both.
- Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager establishing governance structures to deliver business-critical programmes of work effectively
- Experienced managing executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to double up as a Business Analyst to elicit requirements, in addition to an understanding of product
- Preferable - experience within Telecoms
- Preferable - experience working with in-house legal and product teams
