Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a service coordinator located in Aurangabad. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day service operations with the service engineer, ensuring efficient service coordination, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams. The service coordinator will also manage the operations associated with service delivery and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Service Coordination and Operations Management skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or Diploma
