It supports smooth ownership transitions while preserving each company’s legacy, team, and local identity, and provides operational and financial support for long-term growth. Their clients are local property management business owners, and the firm focuses on hands-on partnerships rather than traditional acquisitions. About the RoleWe are hiring a Finance Controller to lead end-to-end financial management for multiple international entities across the US, UK, and Canada. The role demands strong global accounting exposure, exceptional ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle accounting, reporting, and financial analysis for US/UK/Canada entities Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and compliance Lead monthly and annual closing activities Deliver accurate financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS Strengthen financial processes in partnership with senior leadership Collaborate cross-functionally and work seamlessly during EST hours Requirements7–10 years of financial management or controllership experience Mandatory: Accounting experience with USA, UK, or Canada entities Preferred: Real estate or property management accounting background Strong understanding of global accounting standards, reconciliations, and internal controls Experience with trust accounting reconciliation, tenant/owner ledgers, and owner payouts Ability to independently manage multi-entity finances in a dynamic environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
