Role
Required SAP SD Consultant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience, preferably in the real estate industry, to help us optimize our sales and distribution operations. The candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, designing and configuring SAP SD solutions, and ensuring alignment with our organization’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP SD Configuration & Implementation:
Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD solutions to meet organizational needs.
Configure sales order management, billing, pricing, and invoicing processes within the SAP SD module.
Implement real estate-specific configurations, setups / receipts bookings forms etc
Basic Knowledge of RERA
Basic Knowledge of ABAP
Basic Knowledge of other modules
Basic knowledge of SFDC and integration working
2. Process Integration & Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP modules like FI/CO, MM, and RE-FX (Real Estate Flexible Management).
Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions, interfaces, and reports as required.
3. Real Estate Specific Support:
Understand and adapt SD configurations to support real estate processes such as:
Property sales and lease lifecycle management.
Customer payment plans and milestone billing.
Taxation and compliance specific to the real estate industry.
4. Testing, Troubleshooting, and Support:
Conduct unit, system, and integration testing to validate system functionality.
Identify and troubleshoot gaps in system processes and resolve them effectively.
Provide ongoing post-implementation support and system enhancements.
5. Documentation & Training:
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and process workflows.
Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of SAP SD functionalities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
2–3 years of experience working as an SAP SD Consultant.
Prior experience in the real estate domain is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in SAP SD module configuration, including pricing, revenue recognition, billing, and delivery processes.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Knowledge of real estate-specific modules such as SAP RE-FX is advantageous.
Understanding of integration points with FI/CO, MM, and other modules.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex business requirements.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting solutions effectively.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
Certifications:
SAP SD certification is a bonus but not mandatory.
Additional certifications or knowledge of SAP RE-FX will be considered a plus.
