Key Responsibilities: SAP FICO Implementation and Support: Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and Controlling). Assist in full-cycle SAP implementation projects specific to real estate. Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability. 2. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document financial process requirements. Translate business needs into SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. 3. Customization and Integration: Customize SAP FICO functionalities to meet real estate-specific financial needs (e.g., project accounting, property management). Integrate SAP FICO with other real estate-specific modules or third-party systems. Support Abaper for creating new ALV reports/Forms and automate various work. Responsible for support Accounts department in B/s Binalization. 4. Training and Documentation: Provide training to end users on SAP FICO processes and functionalities regular intervals. Develop and maintain user manuals, process flows, and configuration documents. 5. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making. Ensure SAP FICO configurations comply with local tax regulations and financial standards specific to the real estate industry. 6. Support and Maintenance: Resolve end-user issues and perform regular system maintenance. Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or enhancements. In case of any issues which is not able to solve inhouse need to co ordinate with Support team with ticket creation. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with a strong preference for experience in the real estate industry. Hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting. Familiarity with real estate-specific financial processes, such as project accounting or lease accounting. Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP RE-FX, MM, SD). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and troubleshooting. Excellent understanding of financial and accounting principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business users and technical teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a must.
