As our Transition Manager and Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving seamless transitions and managing strategic programs within our retail and e-commerce operations. You’ll be the bridge between our existing processes and the exciting changes we’re implementing. Key Responsibilities:
1. Transition Management:
◦ Lead end-to-end transition projects, ensuring smooth handover from project teams to operational teams.
◦ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Operations, Finance, etc.) to define transition strategies, timelines, and success criteria.
◦ Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions during transitions.
◦ Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report on transition milestones.
2. Program Management:
◦ Own and drive strategic programs related to retail and e-commerce.
◦ Develop program roadmaps, aligning them with business objectives.
◦ Coordinate with various teams to execute program initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
◦ Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
3. Process Optimization:
◦ Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
◦ Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
◦ Work closely with operational teams to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
4. Change Management:
◦ Facilitate change by communicating effectively with teams impacted by process transitions.
◦ Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
◦ Monitor employee feedback and address concerns during transitions.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
◦ Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
◦ Collaborate with business leaders, vendors, and partners to achieve program goals.
◦ Present updates and progress reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience (10-15 years) in transition management, program management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of retail and e-commerce operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
