Primary Responsibilities:
Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the CustomerRaise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholdersIdentify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectivesDevelop/contribute to project budgets and forecasts, obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholdersApply project life cycle methodology and tools as you develop, document and implement project communication plansComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soThe most challenging part of this role? Effectively working with multiple project teams and stakeholders on project implementations. Our teams require flexibility utilizing various methodologies and tools. You'll need to drive collaboration in a cross-matrix environment leveraging your ability to build relationships and keep on track with the project scope and timeline.
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of project management experience using data and information to make business decisionsProficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePointPreferred Qualification:
