Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong ERP expertise to join our IT team. This is a remote role requiring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. Candidates must be immediate joiners only.

Key Responsibilities:


• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP and IT-related projects.


• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.


• Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.


• Recommend process improvements through ERP solutions.


• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.


• Coordinate with developers, testers, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.


• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and post-implementation activities.


• Provide clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:


• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.


• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven ERP experience.


• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


• Must be an immediate joiner.

Good to Have:


• Experience with ERP platforms (Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Odoo).


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• Prior experience in IT consulting or service-based organizations.
