Diploma not considered**Experience: 3-6 yearsLocation: Pan IndiaPay: Upto 4 LPAMandate : *** knowledge of Electricals Equipment's (like DG, UPS, Panels & Fire fighting***** Administration & Facility Management, Vendor Management***Must-HaveGood communication skills (written/verbal)Proficiency in Regional/Local Language written/verbalExperience in General Administration & Facilities ManagementMust have managed a teamWilling to work learn and perform under extreme pressureRole required to work for extended working hours as situation demandRole Required for Extensive Travel within Zone/Region/HubMust be ready to work six days a week or as per define rostering for the teamAwareness of building compliance & certificationVendor Management skillsOpen to take complete ownership, responsibility & accountability of assigned workGood working computer knowledge (Microsoft xls, word, PowerPoint etc)Good-to-Have: Basic knowledge of DG, UPS, Panels & Fire fighting EquipmentsProfessional Certifications, additional language knowledge, Strong analytical and logical understanding.Role&Responsibility:Complete ownership of managing HUB Admin activities/operation & Admin TeamDefining Scope and KRA’s of Team membersCommunicate and co-ordinate with immediate management for day to day activitiesDirect reporting to Regional Admin Head on day to day activities, incident management etc.Monitoring and reporting of key project activities, plans and progressesManaging calls and discussionsEnd to end Exam day and non exam day administrative activities management and Team coordinationEnsuring zero incident on Exam day related to Admin ServicesHelp in Recruitment, Training and talent development of Team MembersDefine and deploy control and Monitoring mechanism Admin Team within HUBTraining and development of Admin Team within HUBEnsure Standardizing of process at all Exam Venues within HUBVendor Mgmt , Support Regional Head in Finalising of contract , Vendor invoicePublish regular dashboard on Key performance parameters to Regional Admin Head and Sr. Mgmt on need basisCentral spoc for all Facility related matters within HUBEnsure SLA/SLC at Exam VenuesGovernance over ViDZ/LISP partners , regular meeting and closure of Audit pointsDeployment of Adhoc/Contract manpower at Exam VenueHelp/support in Shortlisting prospective partner/venue identified based on defined parameters within regionMaintain and monitor legal compliances for all VenuesPrepare and deploy contingency/BCPSurprise checks at exam VenuesHandle crisis situationCoordinate and manage with Manpower agencies on deployment and other staff related issues & CompliancesConduct audit of Exam venuesAny other duty assigned from time to time
