Role Overview: As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions with our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, and you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our clients' IT projects by providing them with the best talent available in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific positions.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate offers and terms of employment with candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and keep track of all communication and interactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter, preferably in a staffing agency environment.
  • Experience working on W2 contracts.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and the skills and qualifications required for IT positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
