Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Placement Officer located in Patancheru Area. The Training Placement Officer will be responsible for organizing and executing campus placement activities, liaising with industry professionals and employers, conducting soft skills and communication training, and preparing students for college recruiting processes. The role involves coordinating with both students and corporate recruiters to ensure successful student placements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Campus Placement and College Recruiting
  • Strong Communication and Soft Skills training abilities
  • Proven ability to conduct effective Training sessions
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and employers
  • Degree in Management or related.
  • Previous experience working as placement officer is compulsory.
