**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Installation and Maintenance**: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment used in the manufacturing process of medical devices.
- **Electrical Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, identify root causes of problems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety procedures and regulatory requirements governing electrical work in a manufacturing environment. Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant standards.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment manuals. Update documentation as necessary to reflect changes and repairs.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other departments, including production, engineering, and maintenance teams, to address electrical issues and support production schedules.
- **New Equipment Installation**: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems, including wiring, circuitry, and control panels.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond promptly to electrical emergencies, such as power outages or equipment failures, to minimize disruptions to production and ensure employee safety.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and technical support to other maintenance staff and operators on electrical systems, procedures, and safety protocols.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in electrical maintenance practices. Implement changes and enhancements to optimize equipment performance and reliability.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. Technical certification or apprenticeship in electrical work preferred.
- Proven experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical devices industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components, including wiring, motors, controls, and instrumentation.
- Familiarity with electrical testing and diagnostic tools, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and circuit testers.
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices for electrical work, including lockout/tagout procedures and arc flash safety.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
