**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to schools, builders, housing societies, resorts, and municipal offices.
- Introduce Dhatri Play's products and explain their features and benefits.
- Identify and qualify potential customers and set appointments for the sales/field team.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and track interest.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Assist in lead generation campaigns and support overall marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.
- Good spoken communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Polite, professional phone etiquette and strong persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools, etc.).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
