Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally.
  • Ensure timely compliance with TDS, GST, PF, and PT regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, audit reports, and reconciliations.
  • Support statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
  • Prepare MIS reports and assist in budgeting as required.
  • Work efficiently with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com) or relevant qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of TDS, GST, PF, PT, and other statutory compliances.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
