Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance and accounting team. The Junior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting activities, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to build a solid foundation in accounting, learn from experienced professionals, and grow within the organization.Daily Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping using Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency. GST Compliance: Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) on a monthly basis. Ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations. TDS Management: Deduct and deposit TDS, generate challans, and assist in filing TDS returns. Invoice Handling: Generate purchase and sales invoices and maintain proper documentation.
