Junior Trader

Program Overview & Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive six-month training and mentorship program.
• Shadow and support a Key Account Manager in daily operations, including sales and order processing.
• Create outbound inquiries by actively working on leads and converting them into potential prospects.
• Source raw materials, perform cost calculations, and prepare competitive pricing quotes for customers.
• Collaborate with the Regulatory team to manage and process customer documentation requests.
• Coordinate order preparation and work closely with Customer Service to set expectations and provide timely customer updates.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities to leverage market fluctuations.
• Make outbound sales calls to re-engage dormant accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Build specialized expertise in selected industry verticals.

Junior Trader – Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (required).
• 1–2 years of relevant business experience (internship or full-time).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and professional messaging.
• Exceptional time management skills and a strong focus on customer service and detail.
• Highly motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and contribute to business growth.
