About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President to lead our Oil & Gas vertical, managing strategic accounts and driving growth from $5M to $20M over the next 3 years. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on key customer expansion, industry-specific solutioning, and new client acquisition—especially within SAP's ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities/Key Account Growth

  • Manage and grow large Oil & Gas client relationships across global markets
  • Lead strategic planning, sales, presales & consulting efforts
  • Own revenue targets and scale accounts with annuity revenue >$1M
  • Enhance customer experience and satisfaction

Market Expansion

  • Support regional units in acquiring new customers
  • Drive GTM campaigns in coordination with SAP and Marketing
  • Establish strategic industry partnerships

Industry Solution Leadership

  • Align with SAP Industry Cloud for joint solutions
  • Identify and build digital products specific to Oil & Gas
  • Co-innovate with clients to drive value-based outcomes
  • Guide solution teams with market insights and competitive intel

Required Skills

  • 15–20 years in enterprise IT / digital transformation
  • Proven success in managing large Oil & Gas accounts
  • Strong understanding of Oil & Gas value chain and digital levers
  • Closed deals in the $500K–$2M range
  • Experience with SAP BTP and modern IT delivery (Agile, CI/CD, AMS)
  • Excellent leadership, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Open to travel globally
