We are an innovative IT recruitment firm dedicated to connecting top talent with leading tech companies. We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to streamline our internal operations, optimize recruitment workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment processes and client interactions.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement workflow enhancements to streamline operations, reduce turnaround times, and improve candidate experience.
Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with recruiters, client managers, and the HR team to meet organizational goals.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards in all recruitment operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Reporting & Analytics: Track operational metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Vendor & Resource Management: Manage relationships with vendors and other service providers, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in operations, ideally within IT recruitment or a similar field.
Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and industry best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., ATS) and general familiarity with HR technologies.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
Familiarity with compliance standards in IT recruitment.
