Job Summary:-The Proposal Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing the timely development and delivery of high-quality responses to business opportunities in Water and Waste Water segments, from pre-RFP to post-submission activities, i.e., Bid-Organize-Present.The role will be responsible for designing and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and will work closely with other departments in designing bids, estimation to ensure cost optimization and timely and complete (Technical, documentation) actual bid submission process The role will develop and manage a Database of all projects to aid in costing forecast and actual bidding
Key Responsibility Areas:-Study of bid document and framing right technical design for the scheme.Design PFD, HFD and other technical diagramsGood understanding of SBR/AZO/ASP/MBBR/MBR Process (One Or Multiple Technologies)Mechanical Equipment sizingDetails casting of each scheme so as to arrive of most optimized bid castingCoordination with consultant and clients during bidding phase.Coordination with proposal head and other peer department.Multitasking by working on multiple bids at a time.Framing Pre – bid questions and responding to client queries.
