The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end SAP BASIS operations, performance tuning, and system monitoring across distributed landscapes.Key Responsibilities Manage and support SAP BASIS operations across development, QA, and production environments.Perform SAP HANA database administration , backup/restore, and system refreshes.Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues , kernel updates, and transport management.Handle client copies, user administration, and parameter tuning .Coordinate with SAP and infrastructure teams for patching, upgrades, and security compliance.Manage transport routes, system copies , and client strategy for S/4HANA systems.Provide 24x7 support coverage in night shifts aligned with US business hours.Required Skills 6–8 years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience with HANA DB administration .Strong knowledge of S/4HANA upgrades, migrations , and solution manager .Familiarity with Linux OS administration and cloud (AWS/Azure) deployment is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
