We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead Commercial Sales across

the North Region of India. This role is critical in driving growth for our premium window

covering products through interactions with Architects, Interior Designers (AID), and channel

partners, while ensuring best-in-class customer experience in the Commercial market.

About the Role

Role : Sales Manager North Reporting Into Business Head

Preferred Industry: Luxury Sales for Commercial / Automation Products

Educational Qualification: Graduate

Years of Experience: 6+ Years Employment Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Sales Leadership: Own and deliver sales targets across key cities in the region. Drive top-line and bottom-line growth for the Window Coverings business. Build on and grow the association with Architects and Interior Designers.

Residential Market Focus: Identify and convert premium/luxury commercial opportunities through strong consultative selling.

Projects: Manage project pipelines from lead generation to delivery. Collaborate with project

stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Internal Stakeholder Management: Coordinate the Sales Order with Production and Supply Chain

team to ensure commitment integrity.

Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of satisfaction through excellent pre-sales to post-sales

consultation. Resolve escalations in coordination with service and installation teams.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales techniques and lead conversion strategies,

with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and

appointments efficiently.
