We're Hiring | Development & Fundraising Lead – IC3 InstituteGhatkopar, Mumbai | Global Scope | Full-time OverviewThe IC3 Institute is seeking an experienced and motivated Development & Fundraising Lead to build and drive a robust fundraising function. This role will lead strategy, outreach, and relationship-building with major donors, CSR partners, charitable trusts, and grant-making institutions across India and globally. Working closely with the Founder and Executive Director, you will shape a global fundraising roadmap that supports the mission of "Counseling in Every School."Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategyIdentify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and institutional fundersRespond to RFPs and prepare compelling proposalsLaunch creative fundraising initiatives, including events and campaignsTrack and manage donor engagement, impact reporting, and stewardshipCollaborate with communications to design donor-facing content and newslettersSupport monitoring and evaluation efforts for funded programsRepresent IC3 at external donor meetings and forumsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in any field5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, CSR, or institutional developmentStrong communication, writing, and relationship management skillsAbility to build networks, present persuasively, and drive cross-functional collaborationExperience in higher education, youth development, or mental health sectors is a plusA self-starter with high energy and a passion for social impactReady to make a global difference in education?Send your resume to more: #Fundraising #CSR #DevelopmentJobs #NonprofitCareers #HigherEducation #SocialImpact #IC3Institute #CounselingInEverySchool #MumbaiJobs
