About GlowRoad:
GlowRoad is a social commerce marketplace that allows suppliers to sell their products to end customers via resellers in over 20,000 pin codes across 2,000 locations. Resellers, who are often housewives, temporary workers, or students, help the company target Tier II and III markets. GlowRoad was acquired by Amazon in April 2022. We target to grow with focus on long-term sustainability in the next few years. This is a unique opportunity to build for Bharat and be part of the rocketship.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and ads operations with focus on driving operational rigor, possess exceptional data analytical skills and communications skills and have consistent track record delivering results. He/she should be able to think strategically and analytically about the business and market opportunities and challenges. He/she should have the ability to work cross-organizationally to drive consensus and results. He/she will have a keen sense of ownership, drive, and desire to win
Key job responsibilities
Job Description:
-Build relationships with sellers, displaying a dedication to delivering first-class service and advertising solutions
-Flawlessly execute end-to-end campaigns, liaising with sellers.
-Should have experience in ecommerce, D2C, Ads management
-Responsible for team’s operations and goals
-Partner with third party agencies to get the targets delivered
-Train and coach the team to learnings as the team scales
-Maintain dashboards and track data for analyzing operational excellence
-Analyze campaign performance against key metrics to identify and implement optimizations to increase efficiency, drive renewal rate and meet advertisers KPIs
-Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and insights, using this knowledge as a basis for future campaigns
-Track & Own the Ad Revenue goals shared by Business for set of advertisers being managed and deploy different ad-product strategies
-Troubleshoot technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions
-Serve as a source of market intelligence for other areas of the Advertising team (e.g., product development, product marketing, pricing) and assist in the development of best practices and operational efficiencies
-Co-lead monthly and quarterly reviews with advertisers
-Drive operational excellence to ensure SLA adherence and seller satisfaction
-Billing and resolution of any financial issues

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of sales experience
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
Experience in e-commerce
Prior experience in managing a team of 6-10 must

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
