Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and courteous manner
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
  • Explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service
  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively handle customer queries
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Handle billing, documentation, and ensure smooth transaction process
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and customer requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and display standards of the showroom

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
  • Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools preferred)
