Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and addressing clients' needs and concerns. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for business growth, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and drive business growth
  • Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
