*Job Title: Relationship Manager*

*Job Summary*

We're seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to establish and maintain strong relationships with patients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service. As a Relationship Manager, you'll play a key role in driving patient satisfaction and loyalty.

*Key Responsibilities*

  1. *Patient Relationship Building*: Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients, understanding their needs and preferences.

  2. *Patient Needs Assessment*: Assess patient needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.

  3. *Internal Collaboration*: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns and issues.

  4. *KRI/KPI Management*: Handle Key Result Indicators (KRI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

  5. *Performance Management System (PMS)*: Manage PMS reporting, tracking patient satisfaction and loyalty metrics.

  6. *Team Training*: Provide training to team members on patient relationship management, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

*Requirements*

  1. *Experience*: Proven experience in relationship management, customer service, or a related field.

  2. *Communication Skills*: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  3. *Patient-Centric Approach*: Strong understanding of patient needs and preferences.

  4. *Analytical Skills*: Ability to analyze data and drive business outcomes.
